Smoking cessation clinics are now held in local Hub Clinics across the Borough. Please ask at Reception if you wish to make an appointment for this service.

Medical examinations for special purposes, e.g. elderly drivers, insurance,
HGV, pre-employment, fitness to undertake sports/travel etc can be provided
by special arrangement. Please contact reception for further details.

There is a charge for these services so please ask the receptionist for details
beforehand.

A podiatrist is available at the Centre 3 to 4 times a week. Appointments are made centrally from Oxleas Community Health Service by telephoning 0208 320 3550.

Greenwich Time To Talk are a Counselling Service run by Oxleas Trust, who hold clinics at our practice.

Our practice nurses can review patients with chronic heart disease. The aim of this review is to monitor heart disease and ensure all patients are taking the best possible medication to protect their hearts.

Family Planning is offered during routine surgeries when we are able to offer you a full range of confidential services and advice including contraceptive injections and prescriptions. Please feel free to see Alina, practice nurses during normal surgery hours.

These tests are carried out by Frankie, Faxtiya and Alina, our practice nurses. We would like all women to have a regular test which is simple and takes a few minutes. When your next test is due you will be sent an invitation to attend.

Pre-conception advice (ie general information on how to be healthy before you become pregnant) can be obtained from the doctors. It is sensible to have a routine check for German Measles (Rubella) before starting a family, since infection can cause problems for the unborn child.
